Let’s Begin Writing

I’m going to start writing regularly and figure out my niche.

I’ve been thinking about starting to write. Blogger, Tumblr, or Medium would be the list of Blogging sites from which I will choose a platform that suits me. Seeing as I’m already writing on Medium, and have written a good bit on it before, it might be the obvious choice. I quite like the minimalism this site is offering. No pointless menus, no ads, and a plain white background. Clean.

Figuring out how often I should write a blog would be tricky since sheer laziness has already caused me to put this off for the next day every day since the start of this year.

I may need to think of a theme for my word-to-describe-the-stuff-I-write. I know I want to write about Finance and perhaps Economics. Maybe walk through my CFA journey, trying to explain concepts as I learn them. At the very least it’ll help me understand concepts better. Should I perhaps also include personal anecdotal experiences? Maybe.

Also, I’m still not quite sure what will constitute as “writing”. Is a 2-minute read sufficient to be called “written” or is that more or less a LinkedIn post?
